TeleWare Group Expands Presence to North America, Taps Miller to Lead Effort
TeleWare–which is headquartered in North Yorkshire in the UK–first established itself in Europe helping banks with mobile phone compliance. The company is expanding its operations ahead of a December 21 deadline imposed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) that requires mobile calls to be captured and recorded for all swaps traders at institutions doing over $3 billion in annual swaps trading.
