Eagle Investment Systems, the unit of BNY Mellon that provides financial services technology, has added corporate actions information provided by Fidelity ActionsXchange to its accounting platform.

The Fidelity ActionsXchange ActioNResponse end-to-end corporate actions workflow management platform will now be available through Eagle's platform.

"The formation of a strategic relationship with Eagle Investment Systems allows us to offer Eagle clients a timely system for accessing and responding to data that has achieved ‘golden copy' status," says Will Dolan, head of Fidelity ActionsXchange. "We are committed to not only bringing complete and complex data to our clients, but to also automate the workflow that processes this data."

Eagle plans to refer accounting clients to Fidelity ActionsXchange for its corporate actions data review automation tools, according to Mal Cullen, CEO, Eagle Investment Systems. "The new system not only speeds up this time-sensitive process, it also helps mitigate risk for our clients," he says.
