The platform combines analytics, visualizations and machine learning technology to analyze chat communications for a range of third party messaging platforms including Instant Bloomberg, Skype and Google Chat.

The chat processing technology and analytics enable legal and compliance teams to filter and review IM data, while the platform's Hypergraph technology allows users to visualize IM data alongside email for a complete picture of the firm's communication networks, patterns and activity
