Broadridge's headquarters are in Nassau County, New York.

CollateralPro supports bilateral and cleared derivatives, along with securities finance activities. In addition, the firm has also developed an asset-allocation module, which can be delivered as an integrated product with Broadridge or other platforms, and on a hosted, managed or licensed basis.

"Financial services firms from many sectors are actively seeking strong collateral management tools that will help them respond to new regulatory requirements and optimize inventory usage across their businesses," says Jerry Friedhoff, MD for securities financing and collateral management at Broadridge. "CollateralPro leverages Broadridge's global service delivery model and our world-class infrastructure to provide an integrated solution that meets those challenges."
