The issue of timeliness in corporate actions data should not be displaced by the current focus on standardization, according to Singapore-based Madalene Soon, business manager, reference data, Interactive Data.
Speaking at an FISD event in Singapore in April, Soon said: "There is a lot of buzz around standardization in this space, but from a market perspective, getting the data and the information as soon as possible remains the ongoing need," she said, adding that building greater awareness
