Bloomberg to Stream FX Rates via Cognotec
CONNECTIVITY
LONDON—Bloomberg is bringing streaming foreign exchange (FX) rates to users of its Bloomberg Professional terminals, courtesy of a joint venture with FX online platform vendor Cognotec.
Officials from both vendors are slated to announce the joint effort this week.
More than 190,000 of Bloomberg’s users will be able to access the FX pricing engines from Cognotec client banks as a result of the deal, which the two vendors have been working on since last year.
The first phase of the deployment
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
