Broadridge Expands Securities Financing, Collateral Management Solutions with 4sight Acquisition

4sight will help Broadridge's current clients with financing decisions in different asset classes, automating the securities financing lifecycle and controlling risk through Broadridge's securities finance and collateral management solutions.

The deal will strengthen Broadridge's offering in the space, which includes front-to-back office securities lending, repo processing, synthetic financing and enterprise-wide collateral management and services for the buy and sell sides.
