CLSA Taps Symphony for Internal Data-Sharing, Client Communications

CLSA represents Symphony's largest rollout in Asia to date for its secure messaging and collaboration platform.

CLSA has deployed Symphony’s platform to all of its 1,900 employees, and is using the platform to provide internal and external communications. For example, the platform can respond to IT helpdesk inquiries and direct relevant news to specific teams, while making its investment ideas and market intelligence available to the broader financial community.

CLSA officials say the firm looked at other options, such as building an in-house solution or other third-party tools, before choosing Symphony
