GreenKey Taps OpenFin HTML5 Container
OpenFin's HTML5 container allows GreenKey's platform to support compliant voice and text communications from within a browser.
The platform allows users to place calls—which it also records and transcribes for compliance purposes—and send instant messages. The platform—which is compatible with a range of chat platforms, such as Yahoo Messenger, WhatsApp and WeeChat—captures messages, and includes a range of features that prevent users from tampering with or deleting messages to ensure they remain compliant.
Originally, GreenKey built the front end of its platform using Java Swing—an Oracle API for providing a user
