The main difference is the responsibility to shareholders and the amount of time [devoted to] board communications. But I think that is also somewhat down to circumstances. Nobody was expecting Marc to step down, so most of the differences are down to coming into a new company under unusual circumstances, rather than being a PLC, per se.IMD:
