IPC Acquires Etrali Trading Solutions

The combined company will service 6,000 financial firms

The new company will provide a combination of both vendors' legacy products and services including compliance products, network services, communications software and a global network community.

Lionel Grosclaude, current CEO of Etrali will join IPC's executive team as managing director of EMEA and lead it's newly created compliance business division.
