CME Europe Adds Vermaas as CEO

CME Europe is based in the City of London, UK.

Vermaas will take up the post from January 2, 2015, subject to regulatory approval. He was most recently CEO of NYSE Euronext Amsterdam, and sat on the management committee for the NYSE Euronext group. Prior to that, he served as EVP and head of European cash markets at NYSE Euronext, having joined the exchange operator in 2002.
