Ipreo Integrates Symphony Comms Platform

The integration will allow clients to conduct messaging from their existing Ipreo tools while working on deals.

The move will give Ipreo clients access to Symphony's direct messaging capabilities within their existing workflow at the same time as they are using the vendor's tools to research and strike deals.

"After speaking with a number of mutual clients, it's clear that this integration will allow for a true evolution in the way market participants can interact around deals, by combining the functionality they rely on─messaging, deal documents, IOI and order submission, allocations, etc.─all in one centralized secure place," says Bill Sherman, executive vice president and managing director of Ipreo's Global Markets Group, in a statement.
