Foundation Launches Tool for Challenging LEI Data

Users can send queries via GLEIF website

The Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF), the body responsible for ensuring the operational integrity of the Global Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) System, today launched its new data challenge facility, the GLEIF says in a statement.

It offers any interested party a means to trigger the verification and, where required, update of LEI records, including related reference data.

A party can issue a challenge using the online form available on the GLEIF website. The GLEIF then conveys
