Nasdaq Preps MFQS Formats, Pimco ETFs

This Monday, June 13, Nasdaq OMX will introduce new message formats for daily valuation, dividend and capital distribution reporting by pricing agents for the exchange’s Mutual Fund Quotation Service, and a new web reporting interface.

Nasdaq has already discontinued support for numeric footnote codes and for uploading files in older formats, but will support other old formats for six months while agents adopt the new formats.

Separately, from Wednesday, June 15, the exchange will begin disseminating indicative intraday net asset values for Pimco’s Sterling Short Maturity Source exchange-traded fund via its Global Index Data Service feed.
