Brut Fastest Growing ECN According To Hambrecht & Quist

NEW YORK--Hambrecht & Quist's recent analysis of ECN trading volume finds that Brut showed the biggest volume increase during the fourth quarter 1999, with an 89.9 percent jump over the third quarter 1999.
While Brut president Brian Hyndman stopped short of saying that he expected to see a large growth spurt, he did say, "The Brut ECN has exhibited strong growth over the past year and we are pleased that its success is recognized by top analysts. We are pleased to say that we see this growth
